Protrade Logistics has chosen ComFreight as our trusted payment processor. When you partner with us, you can expect to receive a call from a 562 area code or an email from a "@comfreight.com" domain. This is ComFreight reaching out to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers like you.

Providing Updates

To keep you informed and up to date, ComFreight will communicate with you regarding our Open Invoices Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet will display all your pending invoices with Protrade Logistics. It is important that you provide an update for each invoice in terms of expected payment, such as Net 30 days. This helps us stay on top of our records and ensures a seamless payment process.

How to Avoid Follow Ups

ComFreight understands the importance of efficient communication and strives to make the payment process as hassle-free as possible. They will follow up with you to inquire about the expected payment for your invoices. If unsuccessful, they will reach out again after 14 days. To avoid receiving follow-up communication, make sure to provide updates for your invoices on the spreadsheet. This simple step will save you time and unnecessary reminders.

Other Payment Options

In addition to the payment options mentioned above, we offer two alternative methods for submitting payments. Customers can choose to pay through a secure credit card link or set up an ACH payment.
