• Sign the Quote Offer and return it to Protrade Logistics.
• Fill and Return your Customer Signup Form.
• Our team will forward you the BOL and Labels.

To check the status of your shipment at any time, call (773)413-7615 or email ops@protradelog.com.

To revise the shipment information you provided, contact your sales representative via email or phone. Alternatively, you may also contact our main customer support phone line at (773)413-7615.

Within 24 hours after delivery, our team will email you a delivery confirmation along with the Proof of Delivery.

Our accounting team will submit an invoice to you within a day of delivery. For any invoice inquiries, contact us at accounting@protradelog.com

Payment terms are determined after a credit check and vary between 10 to 30 days.

Late fee is applicable 10 days after the invoice due date.

You may make a payment through ACH, Check, or with a credit card. You can find the remit-to address or the ACH information within your invoice document. If you wish to make a payment with a credit card, you can contact the accounting department.
